Today was a little hard.
Heard something that stirred up old memories, and made me realise that the past still has a hold on me. I am determined to conquer and face my demons.
After my exam, I will hand write a letter, seal it and hmm, do something with it. But writing out everything should help alot.
Closure is good.
The weirdest thing is that you think you've overcome an obstacle, then something sets off a trigger and you realise that you haven't completely healed.
For now, I will revert all my energy on my exam on the 28th.
My face is fuzzy from stress. :(
